The Opportunity

The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the CEO and the senior leadership team to facilitate success in day-to-day operational activity, ensuring all professional services and client account resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.


  • Coordinating and confirming client engagements and SOWs
  • Creating projects and updating account billing details
  • Managing project assignments and budgets
  • Monitoring and following-up on weekly approvals and notifications 
  • Updating client project documentation and activities where and when appropriate
  • Managing billing runs, Account Receivables and payments
  • Liaise with the Accounting Team on payment entry and account aging data
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and objectives
  • Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures
  • Monitor daily operations, identify areas of improvement, and work closely with CEO and leadership team to implement solutions
  • Provide technical assistance to staff with any needs regarding the PSA tool 
  • Liaise with external vendors and stakeholders when necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

What you’ll bring:

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Experience in a similar role 
  • Proficiency in systems management and openness to learn new technologies and tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous Salesforce end-user or other CRM experience is an asset

  • Effective project management skills
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
