The Opportunity

Lane Four is looking for a full-time Outreach Consultant to join our full-time customer-facing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Outreach.io implementations at hyper-growth organizations
  • Align Outreach with existing technology stacks and sales processes
  • Configure and troubleshoot the Outreach <> Salesforce sync
  • Create high-performing sequences and emails
  • Assist with client onboarding activities and support tasks
  • Lead Outreach user training sessions
  • Develop customized, on-demand Outreach solutions
  • Audit Outreach organizations to identify issues and implement best practices
  • Review sequence and email performance and identify areas of improvement

What you’ll bring:

  • 1+ years of Outreach.io experience (preferred, but not required)
  • 1+ years of Salesforce experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience in writing compelling sales copy
  • A love of technology as a tool for solving company problems
  • A demonstrated ability to learn complex tools and data structures
  • Demonstrated initiative in solving problems independently and through self-initiated research
  • Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, developers, partners and client contacts
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and skills development
  • An open attitude and willingness to embrace change and a variety of tasks
  • A general interest in working within the Outreach and Salesforce ecosystems
