The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketer to join our team. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for managing and building out our digital channels including email, social, PPC, SEO and more. The ideal candidate will have solid experience developing, implementing, measuring, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across the customer journey. This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark on a growing tech company, and be a crucial part of a collaborative, creative, and friendly go-to-market team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the digital marketing strategy to drive conversion for new customer acquisition
  • Manage all digital marketing channels including email, social, PPC, SEO, conversational marketing, and more
  • Develop systems and processes around list segmentation and management in Salesforce/Hubspot
  • Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation and customer acquisition campaigns
  • Define and execute strategy to optimize and grow website conversions
  • Develop and manage reports and dashboards to track and drive digital ROI and KPIs
  • Build and manage digital marketing budget aligned with Lane Four Highroad’s strategic goals
  • Work collaboratively across marketing, ops and sales teams to ensure all marketing programs, CRM efforts and content are supported by digital media efforts
  • Manage one direct report

What you’ll bring:

  • 3-5 years growth marketing experience; B2B SaaS startup experience preferred
  • Highly collaborative, flexible, and able to juggle priorities and switch gears quickly
  • Proficient in the following areas:
    • Email marketing
    • SEO/SEM/PPC
    • Google Ads
    • Social advertising (LinkedIn)
    • Tools: Salesforce, Hubspot, Wordpress (Elementor), SEMrush, and other martech tools
