The Opportunity

As a Salesforce Administrator (Admin), you are versed on the Salesforce environment and will be working with all aspects of user management, including support tickets, training, and designing solution satisfaction a top priority.

Responsibilities:

  • Work within various salesforce instances
  • Implement declarative automation solutions 
  • Research and implement third-party tools and solutions
  • Perform data manipulation and migration tasks
  • Deliver task updates and perform live solution demos to clients with support from a team member and/or leader
  • Troubleshoot and debug system errors
  • Test and troubleshoot various process automations 
  • Assist with training clients on custom implementations and third-party integrations
  • Perform technical tasks in accordance with Lane Four’s internal guidelines and best practices
  • Perform QA activities as required within team & various projects including creating testing scripts, defining acceptance criteria, testing and providing timely feedback

What you’ll bring:

  • 1-3 years Salesforce experience
  • A love of technology as a tool for solving company problems
  • A demonstrated ability to learn complex tools and data structures
  • Demonstrated initiative in solving problems independently and through self-initiated research
  • Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, developers, partners and client contacts
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and skills development
  • An open attitude and willingness to embrace change and a variety of tasks
  • A general interest in working within the SFDC ecosystem
