The Opportunity

We are looking for a high performing Sr. Product Designer to deliver end-to-end design solutions from ideation through execution to delivery and iteration for our Highroad product. You will be responsible for gathering user insights, integrating new functions into existing interfaces, designing new feature experiences, and gathering user feedback, among other duties. You will join the product team as the sole product designer, reporting into the Director of Product, and working closely with the engineering team. You will be a part of a fast scaling team changing the RevOps landscape and empowering our users to be heroes in their organizations.


  • Develop empathy for our users and learn the use cases that Highroad supports to help shape current feature development and influence future roadmap direction
  • Usability testing and validation, using UX research best practices to quickly land on a viable solution and create a plan for future iterations
  • Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity assets and contribute to the design system
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering, iterating on designs and providing feedback during development to deliver the best user experience following budget and planning constraints
  • Gather insights and customer feedback from CS, create visual content for sales and marketing promotion of new releases

What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years experience in user-centered UI design and a portfolio of work, with preference for SaaS products, task and configuration interfaces
  • Passion for understanding user needs and ability to imagine experiences that delight
  • Ability to deliver designs and experience solutions in an appropriate fidelity and timeframe for the given situation
  • Familiarity with design and prototyping software: Figma, Invision, Sketch, Jira/Confluence
  • Ability to conduct usability testing and other user research activities, as appropriate
  • Understanding of relational databases, feasibility and complexity of design solutions is a plus
  • Salesforce lightning design systems knowledge is a plus
