It’s been a week since Dreamforce 2025 in San Francisco, and yes, our heads are still buzzing with everything we’ve taken back home. With the Jays’ playoff run adding a little extra electricity to the week, you’d think we’d be distracted, but if anything, it just amplified the energy throughout the week.
Even after attending countless Salesforce conferences, the ecosystem somehow still manages to surprise even the most seasoned Trailblazers. New features. Fresh product names. Perspectives from people we don’t usually run into. They all remind us just how fast things keep evolving within this community.
While we continue to sift through all our notes, conversations, and swag bags, there’s already plenty to reflect on: the sessions we chose, the spontaneous chats in the hallways, lobbies, and streets, and the glimpses of innovation that are going to reshape how teams like ours approach operations, automation and customer engagement heading into the next year.
Here are just some of the early takeaways shaping our post-DF25 reflections.

The Power of Spontaneous Connections
One clear takeaway this year: meaningful interactions often happen in unscripted moments. Whether over an unexpected conversation that turned into lunch, lining up for the next keynote session, or sitting to do some work in the Canada Lodge, the team found that being open to conversations led to some of the most memorable and valuable insights. In some cases, it was senior leaders who happened to sit nearby. In others, it was fellow attendees sharing perspectives that just clicked.
Regardless of the setting, each interaction gave us a window into how other admins and consultants are tackling implementation challenges and shaping their roadmaps, and even insight to emerging partnerships and cross-functional alignment. Given our own focus on expanding Salesforce expertise and deepening our partnership channel, these conversations consistently delivered what matters most: perspective, opportunity, and actionable value.
Dreamforce may be known for its big announcements and packed agendas, but this year was a clear reminder: some of the most impactful moments happen between the slides, through real connection, curiosity, and being open to whoever’s sitting next to you.
AI Adoption Is No Longer Theoretical
AI has been a hot topic at Salesforce events for a while now, but at Dreamforce this year, the conversation changed. What stood out at DF25 wasn’t just the excitement around AI tools expanding like Agentforce 360; it was seeing attendees who are moving past the “let’s try it” phase. They’re now sharing firsthand insights: actual use‑cases, lessons learned, next‑steps on their AI roadmaps.
Compared to even the last Agentforce World Tour we attended earlier this summer, the shift was striking. Theoretical curiosity has given way to practical deployment. Across keynotes, sessions, and off-the-record chats, it became clear: AI isn’t on the horizon. It’s here, embedded, and shaping decisions in real time.
Agentforce Highlight Reel
- Agentforce 360 uniquely brings together the four ingredients of an Agentic Enterprise: Agenforce 360 Platform, Data 360, Customer 360 Apps, & Slack
- Salesforce and Google Expand Strategic Partnership with Deeper Integrations Across Agentforce 360 and Gemini Enterprise
- Salesforce Brings Voice Into the Future of Service
For our team, that message hit home. The takeaway is clear: refining AI strategies and preparing clients for what’s ahead isn’t a “nice-to-have” anymore. It’s table stakes for staying competitive and operationally relevant in 2026 and beyond.
In-Person Matters, Especially for Community
As large-scale, in-person events have returned in recent years, so has a deeper appreciation for genuine human connection, and Dreamforce 2025 delivered on that front. Whether during workshops, partner dinners, walking the conference floors, or even shooting hoops for a good cause alongside analysts and partners, the team was struck by how deeply integrated and energized the Salesforce ecosystem has become.
The blend of seasoned Salesforce professionals and first-timers created an atmosphere of inclusivity, openness, and momentum. Whether you’re a marketer, developer, sales engineer, or executive, the message was the same: this community is collaborative, expansive, and filled with opportunities. These face-to-face moments didn’t just inspire; they reaffirmed the real business potential that lives within the Salesforce channel.

Looking Ahead
Now that we’re back home, catching up on emails, unpacking swag, and yes, still riding high from the Jays clinching Game 7 and heading to the World Series, it’s hard not to draw a parallel. Like any great postseason, Dreamforce 2025 was packed with energy, strategy shifts, and momentum that’s hard to ignore.
While we’re still digesting all the content and looking into the new products announced this past week, the throughline is clear: Salesforce continues to move fast, and so must we. Whether it’s embracing AI in more deliberate, integrated ways or making space for the spontaneous conversations that often spark the biggest ideas, the time for action is now.
The real work starts here; translating insights into strategy, community into collaboration, and inspiration into the kind of innovation that drives real results. We’re excited to bring it all home. Want to be part of something great, together? Let’s chat!
