We’re pleased to share some exciting news: Lane Four has acquired Astralis, a Salesforce Summit consulting partner based in Acton, Massachusetts, known for delivering complex enterprise Salesforce implementations.
"Bringing Astralis on board is a natural next step for us. The acquisition extends the breadth of what we can offer across the Salesforce ecosystem and deepens our experience thanks to the long-established client relationships and enterprise architecture expertise that Astralis brings. This will significantly help grow the Lane Four brand with Salesforce partners and sellers, while ultimately widening our reach and strengthening the value we can deliver to our clients."
Andrew Sinclair, CEO
This acquisition is more than growth for Lane Four. It’s a natural next step in our journey as a go-to-market and Salesforce consulting partner, and a deliberate move to expand our footprint and broaden the range of expertise we bring to the organizations we serve. With Astralis on board, our team grows from 85 to 120+, deepening the experience, expertise, and reach we can offer clients across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Astralis has built a strong reputation over nearly two decades and more than 500 successful Salesforce projects, delivering complex enterprise implementations with deep technical rigour and a people-focused, high-touch culture that mirrors our own. That shared focus on practical solutions and delivery excellence is what made this feel like a natural extension of the work we already do.
By joining forces, we pair Lane Four’s hands-on experience applying Agentforce and AI across leading technology organizations and financial services with Astralis’s deep enterprise architecture expertise, long-established client relationships, and experience across the healthcare, life sciences, and manufacturing verticals. Together, that gives the organizations we serve broader industry coverage and a fuller Salesforce capability set, delivered with the same standards of rigour both teams are known for.
It also strengthens how we put AI to work across revenue systems. Through our agentic enterprise engagements, we’ve shown what it looks like to apply AI across the revenue stack in practice, not just in theory. Bringing that experience to a broader set of clients and industries is a meaningful part of what’s ahead.
Lane Four extends our sincere appreciation to VSS Capital Partners for their continued support and valued partnership throughout this journey; and want to acknowledge Alantra for serving as financial advisor to Apps Associates and Astralis in connection with the transaction.
As we begin the journey of uniting our teams, we are proud to take this next step and look forward to sharing more updates. Today, we feel immense gratitude and sincere excitement for everything the future holds.
