Rollup

The Rollup function let you adjust settings for lead, contact tasks, account activities, lead or contact status and rank. This is especially useful for those who don’t want to be slowed down by clicking away from the object record to sort and count activities.

Create “At-a-Glance” Counts of Activities for Objects. Roll this data up to the account so you can score the number of MQL’s SAL’s, Demos and more across all CRM objects.

Account Activity

Activity can be rolled up to contacts and leads from events and tasks directly associated with them.

Enter Task Date Field for the name of the task date/time field to be considered when determining latest activity. If blank, tasks are not considered.

Event Date Field is for the name of the event date/time field to be considered when determining latest activity. If blank, events are not considered.

Lead Account Lookup Field for the name of the lookup field that associates leads with accounts. If blank, lead activity is not considered.

Account Activity Mapping Target: Activity Owner Matches Account Owner: If checked, only tasks and events assigned to the account owner will be considered when updating latest activity fields on accounts.

Activity Owners To Exclude: Comma-separated list of user ids. If specified, tasks and events assigned to these users will NOT be considered when updating latest activity fields on accounts. This setting takes effect only if both ActivityOwnerMatchesAccountOwner and ActivityOwnersToInclude are not set.

Activity Owners To Include lets you specify a comma-separated list of user ids. If specified, only tasks and events assigned to these users will be considered when updating latest activity Date fields on accounts. This setting takes effect only if ActivityOwnerMatchesAccountOwner is not set.

The source, statuses, and types can also be specified along. The Activity Owner Matches Account Owner checkbox lets you determine whether this setting should apply only when activity owner matches account owner. The Event Count and Task Count checkbox is used to indicate if this is a task or event count.

 Lead Status Rollup

To control contact or lead status based on tasks, the following can be configured:

1. Task fields to track and which status value to update the lead or contact to

2. The relative rank of lead or contact status values. This ensures the lead or contact status will only progress forward.
