Routing Rules

What are Rules?

Rules control the routing behavior of your Leads, Accounts and Contacts. 

You can use Rules to:

  1. Auto convert leads with a Matched Account
  2. Auto create accounts for leads with no Matched Account
  3. Route leads, contacts, and accounts to the right rep and update fields on those records

From the Rules screen, you can easily create, edit and review your Lane Four routing functionality, no need for process builders and hard to track flows!

How to get started with rules

From the Lane Four tab, select  Routing > Rules in the left hand sidebar.

You can switch between configuring Lead Rules, Contact Rules, and Account Rules from the Rules header navigation. Rules for other objects are coming soon!
