Scale Your CRM

Now that you’ve got Salesforce up and running, you’ll want to scale the system across your organization—centralizing information and facilitating streamlined processes across departments.

But with a technical tool like Salesforce, it can be daunting to go it alone. Even worse, the likelihood of adoption will suffer if your CRM does not evolve in response to challenges.

As you roll out Salesforce, Lane Four can be there—providing expert guidance and on-demand support. We offer a flexible support agreement that gives you access to our team on a weekly or monthly basis and allows you to continue moving forward with your Salesforce implementation according to your needs.

Customize Your Program Management

With Salesforce functional across departments, you can now customize it to manage your unique organizational programs. Lane Four has worked closely with many non-profit organizations to manage key aspects of their programs within Salesforce.

Some of Lane Four’s most recent program management projects include the following:

  • Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television Canada – streamlined the membership application and renewal process within Salesforce, and built an awards database to house nominees and winners for all awards including the Canadian Screen Awards
  • Canadian Film Centre – deployed the RSVP and check-in process for their large annual fundraising event, the CFC Annual BBQ
  • Not Far From the Tree – developed a system to manage the fruit collection and donation process from donor trees across the GTA
  • TRIEC – improved the Salesforce system that manages the application and selection process for the TRIEC Mentoring Partnership
